Summary

RNDC is looking for talented and energetic Beer/Draft Technician to join our growing On Premise/Retail team. Cleans and sterilizes machinery, utensils, and equipment used to operate or store?beer products by performing the following duties. 

In this role, you will

  • Turns valves to drain machines or tanks and disconnects hoses. 
  • Cleans machines, valves, spigots, gauges, hoses, and tanks. 
  • Scrubs floors and walls. 
  • Replaces defective sections of metal coils and lines. 
  • Lubricates machinery. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean/sanitary work and storage are for draught equipment. 
  • Responsible for the delivery, set-up, and takedown of draft equipment at special events throughout the year. 
  • Possession of and operating a motor vehicle to access customer accounts for delivery, promotion, and efficient and prompt sales and other key activities.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents (such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals) and to write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Spanish bilingual abilities preferred. 
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s, by using the units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance. 
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
Computer Skills: Not Applicable. Other technology used in this occupation: Data base user interface and query software. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

  • Requires a current, valid state driver's license 
  • Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company. 
  • ABLE commission license if employed in the state of Oklahoma.

  • Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
