Summary
As a Lead Integration Engineer (EDI) in the Technical Delivery organization at RNDC, you will join the Middleware Integration team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive EDI and middleware solutions. This role involves planning, configuring, and managing applications and middleware services, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
In this role, you will
- Develop and support TIBCO EDI applications.
- Provide technical leadership to RNDC EDI team members.
- Participate in requirement gathering discussions with business application users.
- Design and implement TIBCO EDI solutions and architecture.
- Implement end-to-end file transfer solutions using the GoAnywhere MFT platform.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Deploy integration artifacts using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and resolve TIBCO EDI integration issues, and provide on-call support as needed.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with additional experience considered.
- 8+ years in TIBCO EDI development and support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with TIBCO Business Connect (BC), TIBCO Business Works (BW), TIBCO Administration and EMS.
- Proficiency in EDI standards (ANSI X12, XML, JSON) and TIBCO Business Works (BW); experience with GitHub, CI/CD, Linux OS (scripting), and Oracle/SQL.
- Experience with leading iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Software AG webMethods), MFT tools (GoAnywhere), and enterprise logging tools (Splunk).
- Strong knowledge of integration solutions using Publish/Subscribe and JMS-based messaging patterns.
