Summary

 The Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance and Productivity will be responsible for defining, socializing, and executing the vision to drive revenue, gross profit, and productivity growth for RNDC. The position will oversee the commercial finance, revenue management, business transformation, and commercialization teams as part of the RNDC commercial leadership team, orchestrating the enterprise-wide pricing strategy and managing the strategic supplier and customer P&Ls through partnering with key suppliers, supplier business development teams, and state leadership, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the following duties.

In this role, you will

  • Lead Revenue Management Strategy: Oversee the Revenue Management team to establish a center of excellence focused on price-to-retail (PTR), price-to-consumer (PTC), depletion allowance optimization, and end-to-end value chain price management.
  • Drive Business Transformation: Manage the Business Transformation team to deliver long-term enterprise solutions that enhance productivity and fuel sustainable growth.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across teams to support organizational agility and performance.
  • Develop & Implement Best Practices: Lead the development and execution of revenue management best practices across RNDC to drive consistent, scalable results.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including executive, regional, and state leadership, suppliers, and customers—to maximize value delivery across the chain.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics: Use historical sales and syndicated data to identify opportunities across volume, pricing, and mix to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Guide Executive Insight: Provide actionable insights to the operating committee through advanced analytics, experimental testing, and execution strategies aligned to global priorities.
  • Build & Develop Talent: Lead recruitment and talent development efforts to build high-performing teams and strengthen the revenue management function long term.

What you bring to RNDC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a four-year college or university required
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and/or data management projects, preferably in the food and beverage distribution industry
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management and/or finance
  • 5+ years of management experience required
  • Ongoing participation in continuing education and certifications related to leadership and management development
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly as required by the role
