Summary

Unleash your potential as a Senior Salesforce Engineer at RNDC! In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce technology, which supports critical business operations supporting sales operations in RNDC.

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform 
  • This includes customizing Salesforce objects, building custom applications, and integrating Salesforce with other systems 
  • This role will use appropriate application development methodologies 
  • Write Apex code and leverage LWCs to customize Salesforce, ensuring that it meets the business needs of the company 
  • Develop custom applications using Apex and Visualforce 
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications, systems and platforms 
  • Engineer and support release pipeline automations involved with the Salesforce platform 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs 
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, documentation, write, and maintain test classes for all custom development 
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations on how they can be leveraged to improve our clients' solutions 

What you bring to RNDC

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
  • 5+ years Salesforce development working experience
  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • This includes customizing Salesforce objects, building custom applications, and integrating Salesforce with other systems
      Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant Salesforce technologies (such as trigger, SOQL, SOSL, etc.).
  • Develop custom applications using Apex and Visualforce. Write Apex code and leverage LWCs to customize Salesforce, ensuring that it meets the business needs of the company
  • CG Cloud working experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools. Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
  • Integrate other applications, systems and platforms with Salesforce
  • Engineer and support release pipeline automations involved with the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs
