Summary
As the Corporate Communications Jr. Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support by crafting impactful graphics and/or videos. Your creative contributions will be instrumental in conveying RNDC's narrative to our associates, customers, and suppliers. This role entails translating ideas into visually compelling content, contributing to the effective communication of our brand story across various platforms and audiences.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Creative Services Manager, fostering a synergistic creative environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design and typography, showcasing strong artistic capabilities.
- Craft engaging print and web graphics, internal program logos, social media content, infographics, event promotional items, digital signage, videos, and various other assigned projects.
- Establish close collaboration with Corporate Communications to guarantee the uniformity of messaging across the company.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate standards for both internal and external communications, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand representation.
- Engage in projects that actively support RNDC’s business functions, undertaking all other duties as directed with dedication and efficiency.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in graphic design discipline or similar program studies
- Experience with various Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Ability to translate direction from clients into innovative and creative designs
