Summary
RNDC is looking for talented, organized and empathetic individuals to administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing duties personally or through subordinate team members.
In this role, you will
- HR Consulting: Works closely with key market or state leaders: Texas State President, market EVPs and VPs, Division and Area Managers. Play a central role in culture management that supports business strategies. Plan and execute interventions to enable change to happen quickly and successfully. Involved in both strategy formulation and implementation.
- Talent Development: Works closely with Corporate HR on the planning and execution of talent management programs. Plan, organize, and deliver talent review events, processes and tools to build people and organizational capability through learning activities, training experiences, and implementing large-scale organizational activities.
- Performance Management: Responsible for the full scope of human capital processes such as total workforce planning, performance review programs, and career development programs. Administers corporate salary administration program.
- Training: Responsible for new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Coordinates management training in basic supervisory and management training such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Staffing: Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Responsible for succession and replacement planning. Able to deliver staffing support at all organizational levels, from individual contributor to executive level employees.
- Legal Compliance and Labor Knowledge: Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Manage employment practices for assigned location. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee concerns. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
What you bring to RNDC
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing and leading a professional HR Team is required.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at 138,400.00 up to 197,800.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
