Summary

The Senior eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for the management, roadmapping, and development of B2B eCommerce solutions that support critical business operations across Sales, Customer Service, and IT. This role is key to ensuring objectives are met and exceeded through strategic planning and execution. As the company’s “voice of the customer,” this individual will regularly engage with external customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. These interactions will guide the delivery of new product features and capabilities that not only meet customer needs but also drive profitability for the company. The Senior Product Manager must have strong collaboration and communication skills, the ability to interpret and organize complex, ambiguous, and incomplete information, and a balanced blend of business acumen and technical expertise. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate ideas into innovative, results-driven solutions.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the entire product delivery lifecycle for new features/capabilities for eRNDC and eRNDC +
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on the product positioning and capabilities
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" from the outside-in to the rest of the organization
  • Create user stories for current and future products based on internal and external customer feedback as well as market research
  • Analyze various customer segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best opportunities to pursue in targeting for product adoption
  • Develop and maintain business proposals to support product investment and track contribution to revenue gains over-time
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy by providing key product and market insights
  • Directly manage other members of the Product Team, as well as third party vendors/relationships
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for product offerings
  • Continuously maintain a three-year product roadmap to branch capabilities between eRNDC and eRNDC+

What you bring to RNDC

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or Information Systems required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B eCommerce product management, with at least 7 years of combined experience in product management for technology solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with agile product development tools (e.g., ServiceNow-Agile, JIRA, TFS, CA Technologies), and expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Analytical & Reasoning Ability: Strong ability to interpret data, apply advanced mathematical and statistical concepts, and solve complex problems involving abstract and concrete variables.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven success working cross-functionally with teams across business and technology functions to drive results and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Other Requirements: Strong executive presence, experience with stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for stakeholder and customer engagement.
