Summary

The Vice President of Field Operations is a key leadership role responsible for managing and executing all field-based operations, including the receipt, storage, shipping, and final mile delivery of goods. This position will involve managing warehouse and delivery staff, and working closely with Senior Leadership Team (SCLT) roles to align with the overall business strategy and achieve or exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets.

In this role, you will

Lead talent development and staffing efforts for field operations, including warehouse and delivery staff
Implement safety programs and compliance measures to maintain a secure work environment
Execute daily warehouse operations, overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipping of goods
Ensure successful final mile delivery execution to meet and exceed customer expectations
Drive performance excellence by achieving or exceeding KPI metrics in safety, quality, and cost
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team (SCLT), IT, and HR teams to align strategies and objectives
Optimize resource allocation and manage the field operations budget effectively

What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) from an accredited four-year college or university required.
Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years in related field with 5 years of management experience.
