Summary

RNDC is looking for a collaborative and energetic Regional CRM Manager to join our growing sales operations team. The Regional CRM Manager will guide sales leaders and sales reps on using technology to build better relationships with customers, gather valuable information about accounts, capture the achievement of key performance indicators, and leverage data and insights to increase sales. As a subject matter expert on the application of all the technology tools that our sales leaders and reps use, the role will be responsible for the standard sales operating procedures for each market, process improvements for each market, acting as a liaison between the sales and technology support team, training delivery as well as measuring adoption of new features being deployed. The position will play a critical role as a transformation agent within the region, working in partnership with sales leaders, in-market administrators, SBD leaders, and the regional training manager. 

In this role, you will

  • Govern the standard operating procedures for sales operations within each market 
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes. Communicate all system enhancements to sales teams 
  • Endorse the RNDC sales tools and processes across the region. Drive digital transformation within each market 
  • Act as the liaison between sales, operations, and technology support teams. Deliver training for new technology solutions and features being deployed 
  • Measure the adoption of all technology solutions and features 
  • Bring best practices around how to use the technology solutions provided into the sales training curriculum 
  • Ensure the needed reporting is available to guide the planning and execution of sales leaders and sales reps 

What you bring to RNDC

  • Bachelor’s degree: or six or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • 4+ years’ experience in sales preferably within wine and spirits distribution is highly desired.  
  • Experience leading technology training is highly desired. Expertise in managing sales efforts through a customer relationship management system is desired.  
  • Travel required is 40% of time
