Summary

RNDC is looking for a self-starter, leader and team player who will be a liaison between the business and technical teams. Manager must assist with process and business requirement documentation, data analysis / validation, and reporting / visualization requirements, along with and must translate these requirements into functional requirements. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the end solution meets the business’s intended objective. 

 

In this role, you will

  • Work with business departments to identify state of existing reporting 
  • Documenting business BI requirements 
  • Complete data analysis and present results 
  • Solution proposals (propose future state conceptual diagrams) and developing a plan to address gaps between existing reporting capabilities and proposed solutions 
  • Write end-user guides, identifying fields or actions within the applications used to drive reporting requirements 
  • Attend planning sessions and capture decisions and outcomes on future states. Document proposed changes, identifying processes impacted for remediation of non-conformances. 
  • Assist when necessary to be the liaison between the business units and technology teams 
  • Providing analysis and the necessary guidance to individuals and management 

What you bring to RNDC

  • 5th year college or university program certificate in a related field such as Computer Science, CIS or Engineering 
  • Two to four years related experience and or training 
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Master Data Management, Development Experience, SQL Server SSMS, Front end reporting dashboard design
