Summary
RNDC is looking for innovative and collaborative Receiving Administrator to join our growing team. The Receiving Administrator is a technical operations role responsible for administering activities of all inbound appointments between while maintaining receiving schedules to meet inventory priorities. This individual will be responsible for communicating issues effectively to the appropriate parties. This includes identifying and addressing priorities and issues relating to advance ship notice (ASN), purchase orders (PO), overages, shorts, not on truck, damage (OSND), carrier performance and product flow. The position will be responsible for report generation and dissemination across all levels of the organization. This role reports to the Director of Operations.
In this role, you will
- Proactively identify and address priorities/issues relating to ASN, PO, OSND, and product flow.
- Manage activities of all inbound transportation activities. Analyze and anticipate inventory levels and capacity of facility to balance daily load volume.
- Review incoming shipments and verify receipts and documentations for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for maintaining receiving schedules and documents (including Bill of Lading) to meet inventory levels.
- Validate PO or advance shipment orders for accuracy. Audit daily receipts and records, against inbounding delivery and transfers. Resolve all discrepancies discovered during audit, not limited to overages, shorts, and damage (OSD) with suppliers/carriers.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of transactions recorded in WMS and Oracle. Generate reports and perform analytics from WMS.
- Manage loss/damage claims, including review for “completeness” and resolving claims. Provide visibility into carrier performance and timeliness of PO’s via system generated reports.
- Resolve all complaints and/or disputes with third party shipping agents, truckers and suppliers. Provide daily updates, receiving exceptions, and recommendations to management and other parties involved.
What you bring to RNDC
High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Warehouse Operations and Logistics SKILLS/ABILITIES: (These are required to perform the key responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations.) • 4 Proficient experience using Excel (including pivot tables), Word, and Outlook. • Experience working with Oracle highly desired • Prior working knowledge of WMS • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent problem solving and analytical ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Hawaii's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $53,700 up to $65,000. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
